Based in Mallorca, she guides students in holistic well-being through consultations, workshops, and retreats.

Shy is a somatic therapist, anatomist, and yoga teacher with more than 30 years of experience. With a PhD in philosophy and psychology from UC Berkeley, he specializes in making anatomy and physiology accessible for yoga practitioners.
