Led by experienced faculty, all dedicated practitioners and teachers, this training blends depth and practicality. You’ll gain tools for real life while developing confidence and clarity as a practitioner and teacher.

A JOURNEY OF INTEGRATION

More than a certification, this training is an invitation to live yoga. Through immersive practice, thoughtful study, personal reflection, and a supportive learning community, you’ll develop not only the skills to teach, but also the confidence and clarity to bring yoga into your everyday life.

How is it structured?

Structured as two immersive 10-day modules, connected by a guided Integration Phase, this training blends the depth of in-person learning with ongoing live sessions, guided study, personal practice, and teaching assignments, allowing you to return for the second immersion with greater confidence and clarity. Every part of the training is intentionally designed to support that journey.

No. Many participants join to deepen their personal practice and understanding of yoga. While you’ll graduate with the skills to teach, the training is equally valuable for dedicated practitioners who simply want to immerse themselves in yoga and cultivate a steady, nourishing self-practice.

We recommend at least two years of consistent yoga practice before joining the training. If you’re unsure whether this is the right time for you, we’d be happy to arrange a call and help you decide.

Between the two in-person modules, you’ll continue learning through live online sessions, guided study, personal practice, teaching assignments, and pre-recorded anatomy lectures. This phase is designed to help you integrate the teachings gradually before returning for the second immersion.
