“Lose sight of the shore to discover new lands”
This training is a multi-faceted, in-depth program designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who are ready to explore the subtle dimensions of Yoga — on and off the mat.
In this all-inclusive 300hr training, we study and practice asana, pranayama, meditation, mythology, Yoga Nidra, sound & voice (nada yoga), Ayurveda, anti-inflammatory nutrition, and more.
Led by veteran experts in their fields — all of whom are also dedicated yoga teachers — this training bridges the practical with the profound. You’ll receive real tools for real life, while deepening your own practice and growing as a teacher.
This is a call to dive deeper and explore the subtle layers of our body, mind, and the teachings of Yoga.
Why this training?
No more vague concepts or disconnected teachings.
This program is built from the ground up to support you in integrating and embodying Yoga — as a practitioner and as a teacher.
You’ll learn to:
- Easily incorporate the yoga philosophy and its subtle practices into your teachings
- Develop authentic, mindful workshops, classes, and retreats
- Use your own voice clearly and confidently — in cues, hands-on assists, and music
- Explore the energetic layers of practice, including breath, sound, and inner inquiry
- Integrate Ayurveda, gut health, and sattvic living in everyday life
- Work with all levels and adapt to students’ needs — from pregnancy to injury
- Cultivate a strong personal practice rooted in clarity, compassion, and courage
“The training deepened my understanding of yoga and helped me grow personally. The mix of theory, practice, and spiritual elements was perfect, and I now feel much more confident in my journey as a yoga practitioner and teacher” — Sophia Alegra, 300hr alumni
Structured as three immersive 10‑day modules in Palma de Mallorca—with weekly online mentorship sessions between each module—this 300‑hour program blends in‑person depth with continuous guidance and real‑world integration.
