Group Classes
In classes, practitioners are invited to study the body and movement patterns, and connect breath, movement and attention. Making the practice explorative, intelligent, accessible and deep. Guidance is offered in the form of clear instructions, hands-on assists, and incorporation of philosophical ideas from the modern yogic tradition.
