This 1-day yoga retreat is an invitation to explore how we meet each other in difference.

Through movement, meditation, and shared inquiry, we will look at how our backgrounds shape the way we perceive, interpret, and respond to one another. What we often experience as misunderstanding is not simply a mistake, but a reflection of perspective.

At a time when it can feel easier to withdraw, label, or move quickly to conclusions, this space invites something different. A pause, a softening, a willingness to stay.

Together, we will explore:

  • How we relate from habit and from presence
  • The space between surface contact and genuine connection
  • How difference can create both distance and depth
  • The role of curiosity and compassion in meeting another

The day weaves together embodied practice, stillness, and dialogue, offering both personal reflection and shared experience within an international community.

LOCATION

Osa Major is a serene, family-run retreat space near Sant Joan, designed for deep rest and connection.

Surrounded by open landscapes, the finca is fully off-grid, powered by solar energy, and enriched by its own garden. With a hilltop yoga shala, panoramic valley views, and a quiet, grounding atmosphere, it offers an ideal setting to step out of daily rhythm and into presence.

FOOD

A nourishing brunch will be prepared by a dedicated chef using seasonal, organic ingredients. The menu celebrates simplicity, diversity, and the pleasure of eating together.
