Walk the Talk
8-hour Continuing Education Training for Yoga Teachers
with
Alit & Earth Yoga Mallorca
Learn how to explore and live the yogic perspective, and confidently share it in your classes, workshops, and retreats.
Sat, Jan 24, 14:30-18:30
Sun, Jan 25, 10:00-14:00
A practical, experience-based training combining asana, pranayama, meditation, and yogic philosophy.
Yoga as a Lived Practice
Yoga is not just a philosophy to understand, but a practice to be lived.
When we learn how to explore the yogic perspective and bring it into daily life, it naturally shapes how we practice and how we teach.
This training offers practical ways to work with yogic themes through asana, pranayama, meditation, and discussion, and to translate them into clear, teachable experiences.
Debbie Lash
Yoga Teacher
From the first workshop I did with Alit, I knew I wanted her to be one of my teachers. She has so much knowledge and wisdom to share about Yoga and yoga philosophy and I have learnt and still learning so much from her mentorship programme. I can’t recommend her enough, Alit is loving, kind, compassionate, funny and super smart.
