Yoga Sessions Exploring the Subtleties of the Body, Mind, and Life
A series of sessions exploring the layers of body, mind, and life through the lens of subtle awareness. (Hebrew Version)
By attuning to the more refined aspects of experience, we’ll open space to meet and integrate the seeming opposites we encounter — on and off the mat.
We’ll explore the inner movement of life energy through the Vayus — subtle directional flows of prana — to cultivate spaciousness, resilience, and harmony.

TRAINING FOR TEACHERS & EXPERIENCED PRACTITIONERS
Space of Opposites
A deep-dive session including dynamic practice, pranayama, and exploration of the Vayus — the subtle movements of life energy within the body.
We’ll explore how mindful work with the Vayus can support both the physical body and the energetic-psychological dimensions of practice.
We’ll engage in a dialogue around holding opposites, embracing extremes, and living within open questions — without rushing towards resolution.
We’ll explore how to move between devotion to tradition and grounded, present-day presence — and how we could inspire through sincere, human presence.
Cost
Early registration: 300 NIS
On the day: 350 NIS
The training hours are recognized as Continuing Education by the international Yoga Alliance organization.
Friday, June 20
Tel Aviv, Yehuda Halevi
12:00 – 15:00
IN-DEPTH WORKSHOP, OPEN TO ALL
From Pain to Light
In a vinyasa practice attuned to the subtle body, we’ll learn how to create space for length and strength to emerge.
Inspired by Black Lotus system from Ty Landrum, we will work with different energetic currents — the Vayus — to access deeper layers within and uncover what lies beneath.
Through pranayama, meditation, and dialogue, we’ll explore ways to soften around pain and difficulty, peeling back layers rather than building walls.
We’ll ask:
- How can we move through pain with acceptance rather than resistance?
- How can we invite light, compassion, and joy into our lives without denying the darkness?
Cost
Early Registration: 230 NIS
On the day: 250 NIS
